Typical policies include:

CONTRACTORS ONLINE FORMS (General Liability & Workers Compensation)

Step 1:

The "Qualification Form" allows us to review your operation to determine the "best fit" insurance company.  Please complete "online".  We typically review this form within 24 hours)

Step 2:

After reviewing your "qualification form" we may request you to complete a specific questionnaire. Most all insurance companies required their specific questionnaire completed.

Step 3:

Expect to receive our proposal in approximately 7-10 days from the date we receive your "Specific Questionnaire" and supporting information.  Insurance companies typically provide quotations within 7 days.  If it is necessary to receive a proposal earlier, please indicate this on your original qualification form submission and we will make every effort to expedite the proposal.

CONTRACTORS LICENSE BOND APPLICATION

Step 1:

Complete application and sign as required / return to Bolds Insurance Brokerage

Step 2:

We will inform you of the premium/ check is payable to "HCC Surety Group"

Step 3:

Bond is issued by "HCC Surety Group" within 5-7 days
